Your Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of the HVAC service and project team
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and projects in the HVAC sector
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Technical support of the team in more complex faults and projects
• Preparation of offers and calculations
• Direct contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces
• Ensuring efficient deployment planning and optimal resource utilisation

What You Bring

• Completed training in building technology (HVAC) with technical or business management advancement
• Professional experience in the HVAC sector
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation, and communication skills
• Organisational talent, assertiveness, and team-oriented working style
• Independent, efficient, and forward-looking working
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
