About the job
We, Sefag Components AG in Malters (LU), supply renowned customers from energy distribution, mechanical/plant engineering, and vehicle technology with our electromechanical fasteners and components. In Switzerland and worldwide.
Our customers rely on our overall performance as a team, which is why we operate in a flexible, task-oriented organisation and do not think in rigid roles or hierarchies. This shared responsibility is not just a word for us: 10% of the company shares are owned by employees. On our homepage ( www.sefag-ag.ch ) you can learn more about how we understand our collaboration both internally and externally.
If this culture also matches your values, then this role could suit you well. To strengthen our technical team, we offer you a varied and responsible position. And now to you and our offer to you. As
Designer (m/f/d)
you can become part of this culture and team, which you will ideally complement with your personality and expertise. You will be responsible for design tasks in customer projects, product optimisations, and internal improvement projects – from idea and solution finding to production-ready implementation in collaboration with our production. The goal is always the same: to generate the best possible solutions as a team for internal and external customer needs. In our company culture, it counts that we assign tasks and responsibilities according to your strengths and give you space to further develop them. Your
implementation strength and service orientation
will be fully able to unfold in collaboration with all your contacts as well as in project fulfilment. At this point, we do not want to go into more detail about your possible tasks and your scope of influence. We prefer a personal conversation where we will address your questions and you will also get to know us as people. And us you.
If you recognise yourself in these lines, please contact Philipp Kunz with your documents.
