The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodation to upscale four-star superior.

The renovated three-star Hotel Strela is easily accessible by car and train and is a good starting point for various sporting opportunities. From the extensive breakfast buffet to an in-house wellness area and a small children's play corner, the hotel offers many amenities for holiday guests with different needs. Your tasks
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Guest care on site and information about the Davos Klosters Mountains offer
- Handling reservations with the hotel software Protel
- Ensuring smooth processes and coordination with housekeeping
- Guest correspondence via emails and telephone calls
- Issuing ski passes for the Davos Klosters Mountains
Your profile
- Training: You have a commercial or equivalent education and experience in the front office area
- Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and stress-resistant. In addition, you enjoy dealing with guests and have a friendly and competent manner
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are helpful
- Language: You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Advantageous: Protel knowledge or similar hotel systems and any additional language
