What you will achieve with us

• Supporting the team with nursing and care tasks within the defined service mandate
• Taking on tasks in nursing, hospitality and logistics based on our FaGe competence profile
• Close collaboration with a nursing specialist (tandem)
• Accompanying and promoting the specialist nurse in training in professional practice as well as documenting and assessing the practical training

What you bring with you

• Specialist nurse EFZ or Dipl. specialist nurse HF/FH, DN II or AKP (with foreign diploma with SRK recognition)
• Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to attend it
• At least two years of professional experience in the acute sector
• Motivation to support our junior staff at the start of their career and during training and personal development
• Openness, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of a lively environment
