What you will do with us

• Support the team with care and support tasks within the defined service mandate
• Take on activities in care, hospitality and logistics based on our FaGe competence profile
• Close collaboration with a nursing professional (tandem)
• Accompany and promote the health specialist in training in professional practice as well as document and assess the practical training

What you bring with you

• Health specialist EFZ or qualified nurse HF/FH, DN II or AKP (with foreign diploma with SRK recognition)
• Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to attend it
• At least two years of professional experience in the acute sector
• Motivation to support our junior staff at the start of their career and during training and personal development
• Openness, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of a lively environment
