What you can achieve

• Leadership and further development of the Electromechanic & Instruments division with around 15 employees
• Ensuring the maintenance of military and civilian aviation components as well as the required MRO capabilities and customer support
• Responsibility for quality, throughput times, efficient workflows, budgeting and cost centres, as well as achieving financial targets
• Promotion and development of employees as well as ensuring the necessary expertise, training and knowledge transfer
• Participation in projects and working groups as well as implementation of Lean Management and continuous improvement measures

What you bring with you

• Technical training, ideally in the field of electromechanics, with further education at HF level or comparable qualification
• Leadership experience, business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
• Positive, motivating leadership personality with joy in inspiring employees and achieving performance together
• Strong solution orientation, pragmatic approach and an uncomplicated hands-on mentality
• Good SAP knowledge, English skills at B2 level, and Swiss citizenship (functionally required)
