Für unser SYMBIONT Bionic Studio in Basel suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine sportbegeisterte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Personal Trainer zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

• Kontinuierliche, professionelle Betreuung und Coaching unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
• Durchführung von Personal-Training-Einheiten sowie Probetrainings
• Verkauf von Mitgliedschaften und Trainingspaketen
• Studioorganisation sowie allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
• Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Trainingserlebnisses und einer angenehmen Studioatmosphäre

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene oder laufende Ausbildung / Studium im Fitness- oder Sportbereich
• Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Begeisterung für Fitness, dynamische und sportliche Persönlichkeit
• Ausgeprägte Verkaufsaffinität und kundenorientiertes Denken
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
• Bereitschaft zu Abenddiensten sowie zwei Wochenenden pro Monat

For our SYMBIONT Bionic Studio in Basel, we are looking for a sports-enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team with immediate effect or by mutual agreement.

SYMBIONT Bionic is Switzerland’s leading provider of Electromyostimulation (EMS) training, offering highly efficient, time-saving, and individualized personal training sessions in an exclusive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous, professional support and coaching of our clients
• Conducting personal training sessions and trial training sessions
• Sales of memberships and training packages
• Studio operations and general administrative tasks
• Ensuring a high-quality training experience and a welcoming studio environment

Your Profile

• Education or studies in the fitness or sports field (completed or ongoing)
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Passionate about fitness, dynamic, athletic, and motivated
• Strong sales mindset and customer-oriented approach
• High level of social competence, reliability, and personal responsibility
• Willingness to work evenings and two weekends per month
