Accounts Payable Specialist 60-70%
To efficiently and timely process our large volume of accounts payable invoices, we are looking for a motivated reinforcement for our team.
Your exciting task
- Reviewing and posting incoming invoices
- Processing and clarifying discrepancies
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and credits from suppliers
- Internal and external clarifications with various stakeholders
- Archiving invoices
This is what you bring
- Successfully completed training in the commercial field
- Proven professional experience in accounts payable (preferably in goods accounts payable)
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite and a high IT affinity, including experience with ERP systems
- Very good German skills, English is an advantage
- You describe yourself as a team player who keeps a cool head even under high workload
