Your Tasks
- Independent implementation of outpatient or day-patient therapeutic measures in individual and group settings
- Conducting family discussions as well as involving and advising relatives
- Conducting home visits as part of therapeutic care
- Application of test psychological procedures including evaluation, diagnosis and written documentation of results
- Careful documentation of therapy progress and preparation of reports
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and professional exchange with external institutions (e.g. youth welfare office, schools, medical facilities, etc.)
- Participation in our internal training and further education offerings
- Attendance at case discussions, collegial exchange and supervision
Your Profile
- Completed degree in psychology (M.Sc. or diploma), ideally with started or completed training as a child and adolescent psychotherapist (m/f/d)
- Initial practical experience in child, adolescent or adult psychiatry or psychotherapeutic care is an advantage
- Empathetic, appreciative and professional interaction with patients (m/f/d) and their relatives
- Structured, independent and careful working style with high professional responsibility
- Confident action even in challenging treatment situations
- Strong social skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team
