For our location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden) we are looking for professionals who find medical technology fascinating – whether you already have intensive care experience or want to develop into an expert with us.
This is how you support us:
- Primary nursing: Together with another nurse, you care for 2-3 residents and are responsible for professional, evidence-based nursing quality.
- Ventilation management: You control and monitor invasive as well as non-invasive home ventilation and ensure its proper functioning.
- Medical-technical measures: You perform demanding tasks such as tracheal cannula management, infusion therapies and complex wound management.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You take on daily responsibility in the nursing department and coordinate on equal terms with specialists and therapists.
- Quality assurance: You carefully maintain nursing documentation (RAI-LTCF) and ensure smooth handovers within the team.
This is how you convince us:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognition.
- Additional training as an expert in intensive care NDS HF or NDS HF emergency care is an advantage.
- Experience in ventilation management or the motivation to intensively familiarise yourself with this activity.

- High professional and social competence as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility.
- An empathetic, resilient personality with a solution-oriented mindset.
This is how we inspire you:
- Specialised expertise: Medical work at a high professional level – ideal for professionals from acute care seeking a more stable environment.
- Time for quality: The complexity of IMC, but with the necessary calm for careful execution.
- Pioneering spirit: The chance to be involved in the expansion of a state-of-the-art nursing department and team development in the new building.
- Individual support: Thorough induction as well as generous support for further training in ventilation and intensive care.
