What to expect:

• Competent advice and active sales of telecommunications and digital products
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Ensuring a first-class customer experience in the shop
• Support with service, repair and support requests
• Carrying out administrative tasks as well as assisting with stock management and inventories
• Representing the company values through professional and customer-oriented conduct

What you should bring:

• Completed retail apprenticeship EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the telecommunications sector
• Experience with sales targets, KPIs and commission models
• Strong sales skills as well as high self-motivation and success orientation
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a convincing manner
• Technical understanding and strong advisory skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
