Your tasks

• Processing and coordination of warranty and supplier claims
• Enforcement of supplier recourse and interface to purchasing and quality
• Analysis of quality and cost deviations as well as derivation of improvement measures
• Preparation of reports and identification of recurring errors, serial defects as well as cost drivers
• Management and registration of new machines including ERP data maintenance

Your profile

• Technical basic training (car/ agricultural machinery/ construction machinery mechanic) with commercial or technical further training and corresponding professional experience
• Experience in warranty, claims or customer service
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, SAP/Dynamics advantageous)
• Confident German and very good English skills
• Communicative personality with tact and assertiveness as well as a reliable, structured and precise way of working
