The IT department is divided into various areas. Students and employees expect IT systems that meet high standards. This environment provides new challenges every day. The IT apprenticeship begins together with apprentices from other companies with the basic apprenticeship year at ZbW ( www.zbw.ch, Basic Apprenticeship Year ICT ). Would you like to complete your training in an international, exciting and dynamic environment?
Your tasks
- Periodic department and section changes (server systems, software distribution, network, IT workplace, ServiceDesk)
- Building, operating, expanding and monitoring server systems and infrastructures
- Support in relocation and migration projects
- Creating and maintaining documentation
The first apprenticeship year is completed as a basic apprenticeship year at ZbW.
Your profile
- Secondary school with good performance in scientific, mathematical as well as language subjects
- Enjoyment of technology as well as solving complex tasks and working on the computer
- Quick comprehension and logical abstract thinking ability
- Strong concentration ability, patience and perseverance
- Communication skills and team orientation
