Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services for the elderly and employs around 4,000 staff. Outpatient and inpatient services seamlessly transition into one another. While Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services in Switzerland.
In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected department), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality as of December 1, 2025

Actively shape our new operation and your team.
You will play a significant role in introducing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. You can expect a new and modern working environment, as well as the chance to sustainably shape and co-create your team and the home for our residents.
Your Tasks
- Building, recruiting, onboarding, and leading staff
- Establishing and organizing resident and restaurant service (active participation)
- Host role for our residents, external guests, and staff
- Designing, introducing, and further developing processes in the area
- Significant shaping of the work atmosphere as well as the host role and service readiness
- Leading and parameterizing the cash registers/TCPOS
- Managing/orders of non-food items for service as well as beverages
- Co-creating and implementing the offerings and events
- Responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices
We Expect
- Completed training as a department/head of restaurant (or comparable)
- Several years of leadership experience (preferably in the healthcare sector)
- Experience in refined service
- Reliable, calm personality with excellent manners
- Empathy and flair in dealing with elderly people
- German language skills in spoken and written form
