Tasks
- Manage client bookkeeping, payments, and budgeting effectively.
- Evaluate and assert social and private insurance claims diligently.
- Maintain electronic files and correspondence efficiently.
Skills
- Commercial training (EFZ) with a background in social insurance law preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with KLIB is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to support clients in challenging situations.

Your Tasks
- Managing client accounts (including payment transactions and budget)
- Evaluating and asserting social and private insurance claims
- Maintaining electronic files
- Conducting correspondence
- General secretarial tasks (phone calls, mail processing, reception, etc.)
Your Profile
- Commercial training (EFZ), further education in social insurance law is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally KLIB
- Fluent in German
- Strong communication skills, resilient personality who values collaboration in a collegial team and participation in an organization in transition
- Professional, empathetic interaction with people in challenging life situations
