Your tasks

• Responsible care, support and advice for people of all ages in their familiar environment
• Co-creating an empathetic, humorous and reliable care culture
• Case management including conducting interRAI-HC assessments and managing the care process, not mandatory

Your profile

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF, DN II or AKP
• Mental and physical resilience
• Team spirit, flexibility and enthusiasm for innovation
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle advantageous
• Good IT user skills
