About the job

Movemi AG operates the largest fitness network in Switzerland with 126 ACTIV FITNESS and 16 fitness parks. For the professional management of our extensive rental portfolio, we are looking for an experienced individual who confidently combines legal, economic and operational matters.

What you will achieve

• Supervision and management of the commercial lease agreements of our fitness locations
• Creation and administration of addenda, extensions, options and other contract adjustments
• First point of contact for landlords and subtenants regarding contractual and management-related concerns
• Monitoring deadlines, terminations and lease obligations
• Support with contractual questions and clarifications related to conversions, renovations, space adjustments, dismantling obligations and landlord approvals
• Maintenance and updating of lease contract, cost and master data
• Support with tenancy law questions and coordination of external clarifications
• Review of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of contract- and location-related information for expansion, construction and management
• Close collaboration with expansion, construction, facility management, operations and finance

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Further training in property management or a corresponding professional certificate is an advantage
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the management of commercial properties or in commercial lease management
• Independent and structured handling of contracts, deadlines and complex issues
• Strong communication skills in dealing with landlords, subtenants and internal contacts
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• German (B1)
