About the job
What you will do here
- Take responsibility for main administrative tasks such as module enrolment, special study programmes, module evaluation, grades and grade lists
- Competently handle written and telephone enquiries from prospective students, students and lecturers
- Participate in all MSc programmes of the department
- Support the practical training of commercial apprentices
- Manage the learning platform including Moodle superuser function, conduct module evaluations with Evasys and support the coordination of practical placements in the MSc Nursing programme
What you ideally bring with you
- Commercial or equivalent training – ideally in education with further training as a vocational trainer
- Strong service orientation combined with a high awareness of quality
- Independent, reliable and proactive working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong organisational skills as well as openness to innovation and continuous development
- Confident German and good English skills, both spoken and written
