Our team at the Central Switzerland General Agency is looking for reinforcement in customer support at the Schwyz agency. Central Switzerland represents an important hub of our company in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and, in addition to being the contact point for our customers regarding insurance coverage questions, is also a competent partner of various well-known brokers in our region.
The following diverse tasks await you:
- Creating and processing quotes as well as handling all related administrative tasks in the area of property insurance with direct customer contact
- Booking and processing premium receipts, especially of incorrect payments, as well as tasks related to dunning
- Settlement of claims within the competence of the General Agency
- Active collaboration with our field staff and brokers
- Direct customer contact by phone and reception

- Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
- High service orientation with a structured and efficient way of working
- Independent, reliable, and balanced personality
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- French skills and other languages are an advantage
