For the Finance/IT department based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and professionally competent individual as of approximately 01.04.2027 or by arrangement for the position of

Head of Finance/IT – Member of the Executive Board

Your tasks

• Analyse, establish and maintain a flawlessly functioning accounting system
• Develop and implement controlling based on economic criteria for AM Suisse
• Periodic reporting for the association management as well as all project and mandate billing
• Take over project management for the association budget
• Prepare the consolidated budget and the associated explanations
• Manage the various client accountings
• Annual financial statements and VAT returns
• Annual tax declaration
• Conceptual and personnel management of the IT department of AM Suisse
• Ensure the hardware and software are always up to date and provide user training at the Zurich office and the Aarberg training centre
• Lead the directly subordinate employees with a team-oriented leadership style
• Participate in executive board meetings
• Regular contact with the financial officers in the central association and specialist associations

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a comparable senior position and completed industry-standard further education (e.g. certified expert in accounting and controlling HFP or BSc FH in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling/finance)
• Very good knowledge in the use and support of modern finance and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tocco and BI tools
• Very good user skills in MS Office
• Basic understanding of IT security, data protection (DSG) and risk management
• Experience in project management and managing IT service providers
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
