Property Manager Condominium Ownership, 50 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You manage your own portfolio of co-ownership and condominium properties holistically, including planning and independently conducting meetings with the owners
• Communication with apartment owners, caretakers, authorities and craftsmen is part of your varied range of tasks, as is monitoring the properties for their structural condition
• The focus is on condominium owner communities, although the management of rental properties is partly included
• You accompany maintenance and renovation projects, obtain quotes and award contracts
• The workload can, depending on your preference, range between 50 and 100%

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in property management, preferably with condominium ownership
• Further training as a certified property manager FA (or in training for this) is an advantage
• Knowledge of the software RIMO R5 is desirable but not required
• Do you consider yourself a well-organised, communicative person with social skills and a winning manner?
