Workshop Team Leader 100%

This is your area of responsibility

• Technical leadership of our assembly team with 4–5 employees.
• Planning, coordination and prioritisation of production and repair orders as well as ensuring efficient utilisation.
• Active participation in the assembly and testing of gearboxes, geared motors and other drive components.
• Carrying out technical functional tests and quality controls.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and work regulations.
• Organisation and continuous improvement of workflows and processes in the assembly area.
• Close cooperation with our technical department, purchasing, and logistics.

Your profile

• Completed mechanical or electromechanical basic training, e.g. as an automation technician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, mechanic or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the technical leadership of employees is an advantage.
• Experience with gearboxes, geared motors or drive technology is an advantage.
• Electrotechnical knowledge is an advantage. Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment.
• Organisational skills as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working.
• Strong quality awareness.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
