Energie Opfikon is the competent partner and point of contact for all questions regarding electricity, water, heating and cooling from renewable energy sources in the city of Opfikon. In this context, Energie Opfikon provides various services that use intelligent technologies for the population and businesses – in short: in the service of the residents of Opfikon.
The development of an almost comprehensive heating network as well as cooling networks and islands places high demands on the project team. To strengthen our heating and cooling division, we are looking for an initiative and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement as:
Project Manager Heating and Cooling HVAC (80 – 100 %)
Your challenge
- Together with our team, you will work on the development of new heating and cooling networks, energy centres and control systems
- As project manager, you represent the interests of EOAG in the planning and realisation of the new energy centre (40 MW heat pumps), the network switching stations with our neighbouring municipalities as well as for house connections including substations
- You ensure compliance with the budget, schedule, quality and project organisation and take care of correct billing, applications, awards as well as change order and defect management
- You work closely with internal and external partners and are open to using innovative and future-proof technologies. In doing so, you always keep your goal of long-term and efficient operation of the systems in mind
Your profile
- You have a basic education, e.g. as a building services planner, and further training as a technician or engineer in the field of HVAC or mechanical engineering
- You bring experience in the planning and realisation of large and small heating and/or cooling centres and/or networks and can apply your know-how purposefully
- You work independently, reliably and manage to keep an overview even in large projects and hectic phases
- You are a true team player, actively contribute and enjoy joint development
- You have high social competence as well as a mindful approach to nature, the environment, other people and yourself
- Responsibility, flexibility and enjoyment of clear and open communication complete your profile
