For our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team, we are looking for a qualified

Order Management Clerk Switzerland (80-100%)

Responsibilities

• First point of contact in day-to-day business for our foodservice customers.
• High level of personal responsibility for the processing of customer orders (coordination and monitoring of customer orders regarding deadlines, quality and completeness).
• Close cooperation with sales, planning and logistics.
• Maintenance of customer master data in SAP R3 as well as various administrative tasks.
• Support of other areas in Supply Chain Operations.
• Willingness to provide professional guidance and support to commercial apprentices.

Requirements

• You have completed a commercial or equivalent education and have already gained several years of professional experience in order management, customer service or internal sales.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation and organisational talent.
• Very good knowledge of German as well as basic knowledge of French, both spoken and written, are required.
• Experience with SAP R3 and good MS Office skills.
• You are proactive, efficient, reliable, resilient and have good assertiveness. You also enjoy contact with external and internal customers.
• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate proactive collaboration.
