What you can achieve
Independent repair, maintenance and testing of complex electronic and mechanical systems as well as assemblies
Co-responsibility for the operational readiness and further development of modern surveillance and radar systems of the Swiss Army
Carrying out service and support assignments directly at customers' premises throughout Switzerland
Ensuring stable, safe and reliable operation through sound technical expertise
Analysis of new technological trends and customer needs as well as collaboration in the further development of solution approaches
Support in system tests, fault analyses and technical optimisations
Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and active shaping of technical processes
What you bring with you
Completed training as an electronics technician EFZ or equivalent technical training
Further education at the level of Higher Technical School (HF) in the field of electronics, systems engineering
Strong interest in modern radar, communication and surveillance systems
Helpful, committed and team-oriented personality with high initiative
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
Flexibility, resilience and pronounced ability to work in a team
Very good German skills, English skills at least at level A2. French skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel for assignments throughout Switzerland (around 10% per year)
