About the job
Your tasks
After thorough training in the various sectors of the radiology reception, you will work independently in a sector assigned to you. Your tasks include:
- Appointment coordination with internal and external referring physicians
- Writing summons and handling appointment rescheduling
- Operating the telephone and reception desk
- You regularly rotate through the various sectors, making your area of responsibility very interesting and varied
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 06:45 to 17:00.
Your profile
- You are a sociable and friendly personality
- You have completed training as a medical secretary or medical practice assistant and ideally have experience in a clinic or practice setting
- Your core competencies include solid knowledge of medical terminology as well as good German language skills
- You remain calm and composed in lively situations
- Your profile is rounded off by an independent as well as team-oriented working style, quick comprehension, and the ability to think in a networked way
