What awaits you

• You are responsible for processing and reviewing claims for death and disability benefits, in close collaboration with the medical department
• You carry out all necessary clarifications and ensure a technically rigorous and timely assessment of benefits
• You handle the calculation, provisioning, payment and control of insured benefits
• You write high-quality correspondence in French and provide customer service by phone
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and collaborate with various teams and units

Your skills

• Commercial apprenticeship qualification, ideally obtained within an insurance company
• Professional experience in claims management, ideally in the field of personal insurance and/or individual pension provision
• Additional training or practical experience in the medical field is an advantage
• High stress resistance, sense of responsibility and a structured and autonomous working method
• Strong team spirit as well as a keen sense of quality and customer orientation
• Native French speaker or C2 level and German at least B2 level; any other language is an advantage
• Available from 1 January 2027 for an indefinite period
