Job Description
AS HEAD WAITER/WAITRESS
- You are responsible for the smooth running of the service and ensure personalised quality reception and services for our clientele.
- You know the menu perfectly in order to meet the customers’ expectations.
- You will carry out various service and setup operations in compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force within your hotel.
Qualifications
- Ideally trained in hospitality, you have significant experience of at least 4 years in a similar position and establishment.
- Experience in luxury hospitality is necessary. Relais & Châteaux is a plus.
- You have an excellent appearance and good interpersonal skills. You are motivated, have a keen sense of organisation and teamwork.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a real asset.
