- You hold a category D driving licence
- You have proven experience in planning, coordination or operational management in the public transport sector.
- You are recognised for your organisational skills, your ability to manage priorities and your ease in coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- You demonstrate leadership, composure and make decisions with discernment, even in complex situations.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to support, assist and unite teams.
- Experience in team leadership is an asset
- You are oriented towards continuous improvement and ensure compliance with processes as well as the quality of services.
- You are proficient with common IT tools
- You have a C1 level or native proficiency in French with good knowledge of German, or vice versa
Do these tasks inspire you?
- You coordinate and plan the daily and extraordinary operational activities of the Road sectors.
- You prepare the duty rosters for the supervisory teams and ensure their operational coordination.
- You ensure the harmonisation of practices and operational processes within the sectors.
- You manage the production of events and manifestations in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You take on the role of operational manager during large-scale events and participate in the planning and management of the necessary resources.
- You provide close support and operational relay to the Road supervisory staff.
- You supervise the preparation of service notices and contribute to the proper transmission of operational information.
- You contribute to monitoring and improving service quality in collaboration with the Operations and Network Manager.
- You participate in the on-call service as Road Contact and prepare the PMR on-call duty roster.
- You take part in various departmental projects and actively contribute to the evolution of operational practices.
