Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Top Machine Park)
Activities
- Independent setup, operation and monitoring of 5-axis CNC machines
- Manufacture of demanding precision parts according to drawings and specifications
- Program optimisation as well as corrections to CNC programmes
- Quality control with modern measuring instruments
- Participation in process optimisations and continuous improvements
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
- Experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally on 5-axis machines
- Knowledge of programming is an advantage
- High quality awareness
