The PNT Group is a trading and production group specialising in snus and tobacco substitute products. The group includes companies in Switzerland (including Snushus AG) and branches in Europe.

Our young, successful company aims to continue strong growth – in Switzerland and abroad. Therefore, we are immediately seeking a reliable and experienced person in the Finance Team as an Accountant, who will take responsibility for the accounting of our subsidiaries.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Independent management of the financial accounting of our subsidiaries
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Multi-currency accounting / foreign exchange management, reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts as well as conducting account analyses
• Responsibility for payment runs and VAT returns
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with internal control and compliance requirements
• Support during audits and collaboration with external auditors and tax consultants
• Support in consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning of all subsidiaries
• Optimisation and further development of processes in finance and accounting
• Participation in cross-departmental projects

Your ideal profile includes:

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (professional certificate in finance and accounting or similar)
• Sound knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations (Swiss OR) and accounting standards HGB
• Knowledge of US GAAP or other international accounting standards is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in an SME with an international focus
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
• High IT affinity and confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
