Your Tasks
- Ensuring proactive, compliant bed, OR intervention and transfer dispatch
- Supporting and deputising for the team leader and assuming leadership responsibility in their absence
- Coordinating daily operations
- Supporting quality management
- Administrative and organisational tasks
Your Profile
- Tertiary qualification (HF/FH or equivalent) in healthcare or related field, leadership training or willingness to undertake it
- Several years of experience in an acute hospital and understanding of complex clinical and administrative interfaces
- Leadership experience as well as experience in guiding and supporting staff is an advantage
- Good knowledge of clinical processes, patient flow, capacity management and experience with IT/planning systems
- High communication, coordination and social skills, analytical thinking, assertiveness and solution-oriented action
