Senior Physician / Co-Head of Department 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Professional, medical and personnel management of an interdisciplinary team, together with the co-head of nursing
• Responsibility for the treatment of acute psychiatric patients in an interdisciplinary treatment team in acute home treatment
• Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
• Monitoring of departmental goals
• Conducting expert reports on various issues if interested
• Professional leadership and supervision of assistant doctors

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
• Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm for engaging with your own leadership role
• Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation in shaping
