We are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ / MPA EFZ to strengthen our team immediately. If you want to work in a dynamic environment, we look forward to receiving your application.

Responsibilities

• Supporting doctors during treatments
• Conducting various examinations as instructed by doctors
• Carrying out preparatory and follow-up measures
• Caring for and advising patients
• Managing patient records and appointment scheduling
• Operating theatre assistance with preparatory and follow-up measures
• Practice management

Qualifications

• Training as Medical Practice Assistant (MPA EFZ mandatory)
• Experience in ENT or general medicine
• Writing medical reports
• Tardoc knowledge
• Experience in aesthetic medicine is an advantage
• Experience in the operating theatre is an advantage
• High service orientation and empathy
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Additional languages desired
• Punctual and reliable
• Responsible and committed
