About the job

Your tasks in detail

Ensure and further develop efficient debt collection processes
Control the monthly automated dunning runs
Carry out and monitor debt collection measures
Accompany debt collection files from the debt enforcement request to legal prosecution
Responsible for the removal of legal objections
Create installment agreements as well as monitoring and dunning
Initiate eviction requests in case of termination due to payment default
Close cooperation with property management as well as other internal and external parties (front office staff, lawyers, authorities, etc.)
Participate in projects to optimize real estate accounting and debt collection

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training
Several years of experience in debt collection (at least 5 years) as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) and tenancy law
Confident German and very good French skills in spoken and written form
High initiative as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
