We supervise independent asset managers and trustees throughout Switzerland, thus ensuring a stable and trustworthy financial centre.

What to expect

You will work in an interdisciplinary team and manage the entire process of prudential supervision:
From the onboarding audit of new institutions and risk assessments to supervisory discussions, evaluations of audit reports and audit procedures, you will work directly at the heart of supervision. You will be in constant exchange with financial institutions, audit firms, consulting companies, and FINMA.

What you bring

• Completed studies in economics or law
• Interest in financial market law (especially AMLA, FIDLEG, FINIG)
• At least three to five years of relevant professional experience (e.g. in a law firm, consultancy, audit firm, supervisory authority or compliance/legal department of a financial institution)
• Structured and independent working style
• Enjoyment in interacting with various stakeholders throughout Switzerland
• Fluent German and English skills, additional national languages are an advantage
• Analytical thinking, solution orientation and team spirit
• Interest in responsibly and actively shaping regulatory issues
