The Sinn & Gewinn Hotels operate four accommodation establishments: Alma Hotel , hotel marta , Josephine's Guesthouse in Zurich and the Maison Emilie (planned opening in autumn 2027) in Lausanne. Our establishments achieve social goals through entrepreneurial means: We train young women with support needs, offer regular positions to particularly vulnerable women, and provide accommodation for women in emergency situations. Men and women are warmly welcomed in our hotels, while the guesthouses exclusively welcome women.

Cleaning and Breakfast Assistant, paid hourly 10%-70%

You are an open, reliable and team-oriented person with experience in housekeeping (cleaning). You have German language skills and are willing to work on weekends and public holidays. You enjoy working independently and are well organised. You look forward to working hours between 6:30 am and 3:00 pm.

Your main tasks include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas
• Managing the breakfast buffet and kitchen work
• Assisting with special events
• Washing and ironing laundry
