• Co-responsibility for the entire recruiting and application management including pre-selection
• Maintenance and management of job portals as well as creative creation and publication of appealing job advertisements in various media
• Coordination and scheduling of job interviews in close coordination with the respective department heads
• Organization and accompaniment of a warm and structured onboarding for new team members
• Management and ongoing maintenance of our employee data
• Participation in the further development and optimization of our HR processes and internal workflows
• Competent contact person for our employees in all personnel matters
• Participation in employer branding in close cooperation with the marketing department

• Experience in recruiting and applicant management
• Open, positive, and empathetic personality with pronounced communication skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and passion for service and teamwork
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Very good MS Office skills and confident handling of digital tools
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
