Ursus Treuhand & Revision AG in Wabern near Bern is young, dynamic and digital. With us, trust accounting is done as it should be today: paperless, with AI in the toolbox and no federal folders on the shelf. We are growing and looking for reinforcement for our team.

Your territory: You independently manage client accounting and will soon know "your" clients by name. This includes monthly reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll accounting and personnel administration as well as tax returns for individuals and companies. It is varied, offers a lot of personal responsibility and real contact with people instead of anonymous columns of numbers.

Your growth path: With us, you are not fixed to one area of responsibility forever. If you contribute and want to progress, we are happy to invest time and effort in your development. With training in new topics, professional exchange and, where appropriate, external further education. This way you can gradually grow into annual financial statements and audit mandates. We shape the journey together and according to your strengths.

What you bring: Ideally, trust accounting or audit experience. You work precisely and independently and embrace modern tools rather than fear them. Above all, you enjoy what you do. For you, trust accounting is not just a job, but something where you like to think along, tinker and are pleased when everything adds up in the end.
