WHAT DOES OUR TRAINING PROGRAMME CONSIST OF?
Our programme offers quality training in leadership, management and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
As a rule, you work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.
- Five one-week modules: theoretical knowledge, case studies and role plays, group work, team building and plenary discussions.
- Between modules, you will be trained on the job with an assigned Store Manager Mentor and receive coaching.
- Once the modules are completed, a celebration awaits you to mark the end of the programme.
The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee programme is to prepare you to manage your own store in the near future.

- Commitment to your development and that of your colleagues
- You communicate in a motivating and inclusive manner and are able to create a positive working atmosphere.
- Ideally, you already have experience in managing, motivating and developing a team.
- You are results-oriented and passionate about retail
- You have the ability to remain calm and determined, even in stressful situations
- You feel completely comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
- You enjoy physical work, have a "hands-on" mentality and lead by example.
- You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays.
