Tasks

• Coordinating and indirect leading / piloting of shunting movements in stations and sidings
• Breaking down, forming, coupling, checking trains as well as all work related to train preparation
• Checking the loading and rolling stock and technical inspection of freight wagons
• Loading and unloading as well as provision of swap bodies and general transshipment work
• Working with aids such as radios or smart devices with apps

Requirements

• Swiss driving licence category B as well as completed Ai40 training or higher
• Willingness to work shifts, assignments from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
• Reliable, punctual and responsible personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Affinity for modern communication tools
• Good physical condition and enthusiasm for working outdoors in all weather
