• Completed vocational training and professional experience in the insurance industry
• VBV certificate an advantage
• Rooted in the region
• Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
• Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation
• High degree of independence and flexibility
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages an advantage
• Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
