Your area of responsibility
- With your commitment, you ensure excellent service for questions about invoices, services, suggestions, and complaints – both for new and existing customers
- You handle inquiries and orders from customers, pension advisors, and beneficiaries diligently. You provide competent information by phone and in writing on all topics related to occupational pensions
- You take over the administration for an assigned customer portfolio including any mutations as well as accounting adjustment orders
- You provide information about products and services and work closely with the sales team – you also accompany customer appointments on site together with the advisors if needed
Your strengths
- You have a commercial qualification and expertise in occupational pensions – ideally complemented by further training such as the VBV certification or the federal specialist certificate in social insurance
- Career changers with a commercial qualification and a flair for insurance or pension topics are also welcome
- You enjoy working independently within clearly defined processes
- You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute to a good working atmosphere
- You approach contact with customers with joy and responsibility
- Your German skills are at native level; French and English skills are an advantage
- Market-oriented base salary
