Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for assessing needs and the nursing process for clients of all ages and collaborate with other professional groups.
- You take on case management in nursing.
- You advise and support relatives and engage in interdisciplinary exchange with doctors, therapists, and relatives.
- You maintain nursing documentation.
- You work independently, proactively, and take responsibility for nursing care with the support of nursing experts.
- You contribute to the further development of our services.
What Distinguishes You
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland and possibly have Spitex experience.
- You are service-oriented and enjoy working independently. You take responsibility for your actions.
- You demonstrate high professionalism and calmness in challenging situations.
- You hold a category B driving licence (Spitex vehicle available).
