The Alberti Nursing Home of Spital Davos AG with 16 beds will be transferred to the Guggerbach Centre in the first quarter of 2028. As Head of Nursing at the Guggerbach Centre, you will gradually take over the management of the Alberti Nursing Home from 2027 and actively be responsible for the transfer process.

Head of Nursing Department at Guggerbach Centre with Project Assignment for the Transfer of Alberti Nursing Home

Your area of responsibility

• Personnel, professional and organisational management of Nursing Area I for 40 residents at the Guggerbach Centre with all associated tasks
• Co-responsibility and co-design of the process of transferring the Alberti Nursing Home to the Guggerbach Centre by the first quarter of 2028, close cooperation and coordination with hospital and centre management, affected employees, residents and relatives
• Assuming professional and organisational management of the Alberti Nursing Home and leading a motivated team of around twelve employees from 2027 until the transfer

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/DNI)
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in the long-term care sector
• Forward-looking thinking and acting, enthusiasm for contributing ideas, further development and shaping
• High social and self-competence, loyal and team-oriented personality, flexibility and resilience
• Good PC user skills
