YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Design, implementation, and operation of Exchange Online environments, including hybrid configurations with on-premises Exchange
Leading cloud migrations, including ensuring minimal disruptions and data integrity
Development and maintenance of PowerShell scripts for automation and efficiency improvement
Implementation and maintenance of security and governance policies using Microsoft Purview, EOP, and Defender
Monitoring service health, performance, and usage metrics; proactive problem solving and optimization
Collaboration with teams for security, compliance, and identity management
Creation and maintenance of documentation on architecture, configurations, and operational processes

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed IT training or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 administration
Solid knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating Exchange and M365 processes
Experience with hybrid Exchange deployments, mail flow, transport rules, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Good knowledge in the areas of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks
Very good skills in troubleshooting, communication, and documentation
Experience in providing 3rd-level support for complex Exchange issues
Current knowledge of the Microsoft 365 roadmap and its impact on the company
