For our client, a dynamically growing and innovative company in the field of oral care, we are looking for a committed individual to manage and further develop the product portfolio.

Your Tasks

• Product responsibility: You independently manage the range in the "Interdental Brushes" sector throughout the entire product lifecycle. Additionally, you support the innovation pipeline in new product developments in the "Chemical Products" segment (toothpastes and mouthwashes).

• Strategy & Trends: You keep an eye on the market, competition and target groups and derive concrete product ideas, optimisations and a future-proof roadmap from this.

• Go-to-Market: From the initial vision to the worldwide rollout, you coordinate new product developments purposefully and in a structured manner.

• Portfolio optimisation: You continuously analyse the existing offering with regard to positioning, market opportunities, economic efficiency and profitability.

• Concept development: You seamlessly translate customer requirements and business goals into marketable product concepts.

• Interface management: You act as the central contact point for product-related topics, connecting internal departments with external development partners and suppliers, and manage the phase-in and phase-out of products.

Your Profile

• Education: Successfully completed studies (FH/University), preferably with a focus on business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field.

• Professional experience: Several years of experience in product and project management with proven responsibility for own product lines.

• Industry know-how: Background in FMCG / Consumer Goods, Medtech or Healthcare is a great advantage.

• Working style: Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with an analytical, structured and goal-oriented approach.

• Social skills & initiative: Strong in moderating different stakeholders, combined with high self-initiative and the drive to get things done.

• Languages: Business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
