For the locations Mainaustrasse and Hornbach, we are looking for a fixed-term appointment from 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2027 for a

Day Centre Specialist "Atelier" (60%)

Tasks:

• Accompanying and supporting our clients in the diverse day centre offerings
• Creating with various materials such as wood, textiles, paints
• Conducting individual activation programmes
• Supervising lunch as well as light nursing duties
• Carrying out individual movement and body therapy sessions
• Implementing and evaluating development plans
• Administrative and organisational tasks

Profile:

• Completed training as a care specialist, activation specialist or similar
• Several years of experience working with people with disabilities
• Craft and musical skills
• Experience in the field of basal stimulation
• Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
• Independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, humour and enjoyment in your work
