IWK Integrated Heat and Power AG develops sustainable energy solutions in the field of combined heat and power (CHP). Our combined heat and power plants (CHP) can be operated with various gases and make an important contribution to energy and supply security in Switzerland.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:
Sales Engineer CHP New Installations, 100%
Eastern Switzerland Region – Field Service Share (>50%)
In this role, you accompany customers throughout the entire sales process: from the initial technical analysis through solution development and offer preparation to handover to project management. You build long-term relationships, actively maintain your market area, and position IWK as a competent partner for the energy future and supply security.
Your main tasks
- Consulting customers, partners, and prospects – by phone and on site
- Analysis of technical initial situations and development of solution concepts
- Preparation, presentation, and active follow-up of offers
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships including CRM documentation
- Participation in industry events, customer events, and trade fairs
- Structured feedback from the market and handover of acquired projects to internal project management
You have
- Technical basic training, ideally in building technology, energy, or HVAC
- Further education at HF level or equivalent
- Experience in technical sales (industry, energy, or plant engineering advantageous)
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Very good German spoken and written, English advantageous
