Your Tasks

You ensure the high-quality and quantitative care of our inpatient residents and take on the daily and house responsibility
You ensure an optimal operational process and the care process in everyday life
You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation
You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
You assist with the daily care of our residents and support the training and education of apprentices and interns

What You Bring

Desire for a new adventure, a lot of commitment and inspiration
Professional experience as a trained certified nurse HF in inpatient long-term care and with people suffering from dementia
Organization, independence, efficiency, and personal responsibility
Proven RAI knowledge as MDS Coordinator / RAI Supervisor
Good oral and written German skills
