What you can achieve
- Responsibility as the single point of contact for complex systems of the Swiss Army in the field of sensors and electronic warfare
- Ensuring operational readiness throughout the entire lifecycle of the managed system
- Development, implementation and further development of maintenance, service and lifecycle concepts
- Technical and commercial responsibility for service agreements, SLAs, operational support services and system-related orders
- Coordination of internal interfaces such as sales, purchasing, legal services, engineering, quality, logistics and controlling as well as collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of performance, costs, risks, deadlines and deliverables in the system environment
- Support in preparing offers, contract clarifications, technical feasibility checks and effort estimates
- Ensuring professional service management based on ITIL 4, especially in change, incident, problem, service level and service request management
- Identification and implementation of system, service and process improvements to reduce operating and lifecycle costs
- Representation of technical and system-related interests in expert committees, projects and reviews
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by further education in business administration, project management or service management
- Several years of experience in system management, maintenance, service management or technical project management. ITIL Foundation V4 certification is an advantage.
- Experience with complex technical systems, ideally in military, industrial or security-relevant environments
- Good understanding of technical, commercial and contractual contexts in lifecycle and service business
- Confident handling of SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication, organisational and assertiveness skills as well as negotiation skills in dealing with customers, partners and suppliers
- High degree of personal responsibility, analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style
- Knowledge of Swiss Army logistics, military processes or public clients is an advantage
